For the record: The services of brokers are both legitimate and provide added value. For landlords and for investors. However, anyone who receives a commission for concluding a transaction is aiming to make a deal. That’s systemic.

Tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate make almost forced decisions. Lease expiry, changing business requirements, insufficient technical equipment and many other reasons.
Who else shows tenants how to act free from terms and deadlines? How to anticipate wisely and how the right moment determines the timing?
You don’t rent surface.

Renting commercial space is not a goal. It is a method to achieve goals. Nor is it visionary to examine existing vacancies and then choose the relatively best one.
It is visionary to design the market options. Tenants are entitled to a partner who does not settle for availabilities, but creates them.

He has the capacity to look at real estate transactions from more angles than anyone else. He is a fully qualified lawyer, a financial expert, can assess tax implications and has in-depth technical expertise, right down to laboratory planning. For good measure, he rounds off his expertise with 30 years of experience in property management, working from “the other side of the table”. His consulting is one thing above all: 360 degrees. At Asset.RE, Michael is Managing Director and responsible for finance, legal affairs and technology. What he shares with Stefan Marburg is a passion for operative business.

Melanie is one of those people who know what to do. All projects she works on, without exception, have one thing in common: They run well.
Her presence and her unique way of passionately addressing tasks seem to be innate. For Melanie, it is not about “letting space” to tenants; it is about helping them bring their visions to life. He passes on his very personal touch to projects and gives them what they really need to become a success: Passion and professionalism. At Asset.RE, he is a director, responsible for mandates and drives projects forward with heartfelt commitment. He is successful in this position because he has met all kinds of commercial real estate occupiers in his career. Stefan Marburg, Managing Director
No one understands transactions from a tenant’s perspective better than Stefan. He instinctively knows what to implement when and how, what to anticipate and how to act wisely.
His 20 years of experience do not turn into a “that’s how we’ve always done it” because of his insatiable creativity and his urge to challenge and question facts. Stefan is Managing Director of Asset.RE and is responsible for the operative business, marketing and communication.
His professional background comprises Angermann (3 years), BNP Paribas Real Estate (7 years) and Savills (5 years), where he was responsible for numerous large-scale and prestigious transactions as project lead.

Sophia Völcker, Project Assistant Transaction Management
Sophia receives frequencies to which most people are deaf. Not only does she listen to what is said, but she also understands what is meant.
Obviously, someone with these skills also studies psychology in her Master’s degree in addition to her commitment with Asset.RE. It’s no coincidence that we call her our real estate psychologist. Because she sees connections that nobody else can see.

Svenja Winkler, Associate Research & Data Analysis
Svenja is our allrounder at Asset.RE. She has a “carte blanche” because whatever she touches becomes Asset.RE.
Social media accounts? A script for a client video tutorial? Implementing a new tool? An in-house business development project? Or anything that is not self-explanatory? We’re lucky to have Svenja. She never wastes time. And what she takes under her wing turns out well – no matter what it is. It only has to be challenging.
As a research analyst, Svenja finds out everything. That’s because performance is in her DNA and she never gives up. She is head of all in-house projects, although neither she nor the team attaches any importance to the “head of” designation. It is just smart to include her ideas. She knows that, and the team knows that.

Jennifer Wittman, Associate Project Management
Anyone who thinks that Project Management is only about deadlines, schedules and budget does not know Jennifer Wittmann. Projects need drive, empathy, creativity and passion.
Jennifer is Associate in Project Management at Asset.RE and turns transactions into reality. No option is not an option for her projects.
By over 5 years corporate experience she exactly knows when to involve staff departments like worker’s council or compliance. She always sees the big picture and understands company-wide interrelationships due to her experience in several sectors like business development and quality management.
